Our President and Founder, Thomas (Tom) Moses, has been well-known in the industry for decades for his ingenuity and innovation in spill response. He brings more than 35 years of experience helping insurers, manufacturers, transportation companies, and government agencies manage environmental, hazardous materials, and cyber incidents. A former U.S. EPA toxicologist and environmental lawyer, he is recognized for advancing incident response management, regulatory compliance, and environmental claims practices. Earlier in his career, Tom chaired a National Academies of Sciences panel on hazardous materials transportation and emergency response.
